Where do you ship to?

We currently ONLY offer shipping within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your package. Tracking may take up to
24-48 hours to update on the USPS or UPS website.

Can I make exchanges?

Due to the personalized nature of our items, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for our custom-made products. All sales are final. Please see our Shop Policy for more information.

What is the cancellation policy?

Orders for non-personalized items can be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once an order has been processed or personalized items have entered production, it cannot be canceled.

What if my custom-made product arrives damaged or with an error?

In the rare event that your custom product arrives damaged or with an error, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We'll assess the issue and work swiftly to resolve it by either offering a replacement or finding an appropriate solution based on the situation.

complexity of the design/order and production requirements. We'll provide you with an estimated timeline during the consultation phase, keeping you informed at every step of the process.

Do you accept bulk or large quantity custom orders?

We welcome bulk or large quantity custom orders. Whether you need custom items for events, corporate gifting, or special occasions, we can fulfill your requirements. Feel free to inquire about bulk orders.
