Orders will be processed and scheduled for shipment within 7-12 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for estimated delivery times.

We welcome custom order requests! For personalized or custom items, please contact us at Inquiry@BeeCreativeExpressions.com to discuss your requirements. Additional processing time may be required for custom orders.

Due to the personalized nature of our items, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for our custom-made products. All sales are final.

Orders for non-personalized items can be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once an order has been processed or personalized items have entered production, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at Inquiry@BeeCreativeExpressions.com with your order details.
Should a party cancellation or rescheduling occur, we will issue a credit to your account for use on a future date. However, once your order has been printed, any necessary modifications will require placing a new order.

Please note that colors of products displayed on your computer screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to individual monitor settings and limitations of digital imagery. We strive to provide accurate product images, but variations may occur.

Our products are handmade and may have slight variations in appearance, which adds to their uniqueness and charm. We ensure that all products meet our quality standards before shipment.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
